Conditions for Returns

  • The product must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging, tags, and accessories included.
  • Returns will only be processed after verification by our quality control team.
  • We do not impose any cancellation charges on cancellations unless similar charges are borne by the Company due to the cancellation.

Refunds

Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will process your refund. Refunds are credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
